Can you wear black sclera lenses over regular prescription contact lenses?

Problem by Christopher: Can you use black sclera lenses over typical prescription contact lenses?
For next halloween I want to put on all black sclera lenses which are speak to lenses that cover the whole component of the eye for these who don't know. I have negative eye sight so i have on contact lenses or eyeglasses but i do not want to be wearing my glasses when i have on the black sclera lenses. So my problem is can you put on black sclera lenses above typical prescription contact lenses
