Can I wear colored contact lens even If I dont need them?

Issue by Randy: Can I put on colored make contact with lens even If I dont want them?
My eyesight is fantastic and I do not need to have eyeglasses at all but I would really like to use colored contact lens for Halloween costumes and so...Like Sharinganan lens (From Naruto), cat eyes or just crazy shades like purple, red...and so on.
I wouldn't be carrying them each day, just on some occasions.

Anybody know if it can be achievable and if Yes, received a site?
