Q&A: What is better, night contacts or day contacts?

Question by Fireplace: What is much better, evening contacts or day contacts?
My mothers and fathers are ultimately letting me get contacts and I've asked alot of my close friends and I get answers that evening contacts are good and day contacts are great. What are the risks of each and every 1 and which is less complicated/a lot more practical to put in and which is far more handy?
also what sort of contacts would you recommend? (gentle, tough) if day contacts?
