Where could I get the cheapest contact lenses?

I figured, it would be far better to get the contact lense exam completed at the cheapest spot and then get the contacts on the internet. So in which could I get the least expensive exam and where could I get the cheapest contacts? Is disposables greater or the ones you can wear for up to a 12 months? Whatever is least expensive is good but please permit me know exactly where I can get them. I assume the
