Can you put non-prescription colored contact lenses over normal prescription contact lenses in your eyes?

Problem by Karine L: Can you put non-prescription coloured get in touch with lenses over standard prescription get in touch with lenses in your eyes?
Like you would first put on your prescription lenses, and then you would set on colours lenses. Is it okay to put on them at the exact same time?
