Is it protected to use a fuel heater in my garage?

Problem by juliablue: Is it protected to use a gas heater in my garage?
Not too long ago acquired a property that has a gas heater put in in the garage. I want to use it this winter to help hold my canines warm. Would there be any difficulties doing this since I have my car parked in there also?

Remedy by goldwingIF the heater is NOT vented to outside, you will kill your canines using the unit. Dogs really should not require warmth for most of the winter if they are exterior
