I was fitted for contacts for the very first time today. I did not get any composed instructions for get in touch with treatment, just what the dr. verbally informed me. I want to make positive I am proper in my schedule:

one. Right after he put them in my eyes and I practiced today, I did not touch the contacts till I removed them tonight. I put on the Night time & Days, but the dr. wishes me to remove them at night.
